Yoga, Bubbles & Parfaits

Charles Krug is proud to partner with FITNV for a morning of Yoga and Flow. Class will be taught by two of their best instructors on our guesthouse lawn. Following class, you are invited to enjoy the morning with our own Carolina Bale Sparkling wine and a build your own parfait bar. Who says a little bubbles can’t be part of a healthy lifestyle. Join us as we find balance, calm and community together!
You will need the following:
Towel
Water Bottle
Yoga Mat
