Don’t Miss our Pop-Up Ramen Dinner on Saturday April 26th!
Spring is around the corner; it is a spectacular time of year to visit wine country! Join us at Charles Krug for a pop-up Ramen Dinner. Nothing warms the soul like a bowl of delicious ramen made by Chef Valentin of Mercadito Catering and our very own Limit Release wines, a perfect pairing for those cool spring evenings.
We will host a short reception of canapes followed by dinner in our stunning Redwood Cellar. Leave a little room for dessert, the matcha tiramisu is a must have! Assorted Canapes to be served with our Carolina Bale Brut Rose, Limited Release Chardonnay & Limited Release Malbec
Tonkotsu Ramen with Pork Chashu, Shoyu Cured Egg, Mizuna, Sweet Corn, Scallions will be served with a choice of Limited Release Rose or Limited Release Cabernet Franc
We will have special pricing for any wines you would like to take home at the end of the evening!
We are limited to 40 seats for this event, don’t miss out, buy your tickets today. Wine Club Members will receive a $10 discount for this event.
