In celebration of the Mondavi family’s 80th anniversary of owning Charles Krug Winery, we are thrilled to collaborate with Truffle Shuffle to bring you an exclusive and perfect pairing experience.

Prepare yourself for a mouthwatering culinary delight! Chef Tyler from Truffle Shuffle shares his recipe for the ultimate Eggplant Parmigiana, featuring crispy pan-fried breaded eggplant, black truffles, and an abundance of melty Golden Brown Delicious (GBD) cheese.

For this special event, we have chosen our 2022 Limited Release Sauvignon and our 2019 Family Reserve Generations to complement this delicious meal.

10 ounces Nonna’s Tomato Sauce
1 large eggplant

1¼ cup all-purpose flour
