In 1943, The Mondavi Family purchased Charles Krug winery, establishing roots on this historic estate, and vowing to continue Charles Krug’s legacy of visionary thinking and innovation. Now 80 years and five generations later, the family remains committed to those principles, and to the exceptional hospitality that has been our signature all these years.

Our Tastings on the Lawn end-of-the-season party has grown in popularity, and we couldn’t be prouder of that. It’s been an annual tradition for so many of you, and we hope you’ll join us again. This year, we’re taking it tropical, so grab your favorite Tommy Bahama or Reyn Spooner Hawaiian shirt*, and let’s send summer off with a bash!
