Limited Release Sauvignon Blanc

Our Limited Release Sauvignon Blanc is hand-picked at night to ensure naturally crisp acidity. The wine is fermented sur lie in small stainless steel barrels giving the wine a lush mouthfeel. Aromas of white peach and hints of lemongrass give way to flavors of lime and grapefruit with slight minerality and a delightfully refreshing finish.

Only available for purchase online, through the winery, or for our wine club members.
